Daylight is at a premium in the winter, so keeping your porch light on and your walkway lit is a must! In every home, it is a challenge to keep your boots, snow pants and coats out of the foyer/entry, but keeping that area clear of clutter will pay off as potential buyers see this area first, and they’ll decide whether to buy in seconds.

An easy way to make your home feel cozy and inviting is to keep your thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Fireplaces are great selling features at this time of year, so if you have one, make sure you have a fire roaring.
